No. 01 Our First Chapter

YOU are important

We start our chapter with knowing YOU. This is undertaken at the client’s property to discuss the project in detail and take brief.

We learn as much about the client’s tastes, personality, their individual lifestyle and aspirations, the budget and the timescale of the project to craft a solution which will, ultimately, be a true reflection of the client’s aspirations.

This meeting is followed up with a written proposal to the client explaining our fee structure and guideline of the different phases of the project as it evolves.

No. 02 How We Work

Meticulous planning to execution

The Concept

Phase One

We will develop a concept for the project on basis of the initial meeting with the client. This will be presented in CAD drawings showing the space planning, furniture layouts and any structural modifications.

We will produce mood boards encompassing the colour schemes, window and door treatments, fabrics and floor choice. This will give you an outline of the cost and timescale of the project involved.

Your Input

Phase Two

We will work on your feedback and move on to the next stage which is detailed design and specification stage, once all the design elements are given client approval.

This stage will accompany samples and many cases will include the chance to see and feel some of the chosen furniture and accessories.

The Outcome

Phase Three

We fully manage and monitor the project on site in a pragmatic manner until completion no matter what size, with meticulous attention to detail.

We work with a team of highly skilled craftsmen and bespoke furniture makers as required, to create a practical, well executed and beautifully finished project, delivered on time and on budget.
